1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Hi Organ you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These terms are between you and the developer of Hi Organ. Apple is not a party to them.

2. Description of Service

Hi Organ is an arranger keyboard for iOS: you play chords with one hand and the app generates a backing arrangement, while your other hand plays the melody.

The app runs entirely on your device. It needs no account, and no internet connection to play.

3. In-App Purchase

Hi Organ Premium is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It is not a subscription: nothing renews, nothing is billed again, and there is nothing to cancel.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Prices are set per territory by Apple and may change.

Refunds are requested from Apple, not from us, through reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.

You can restore a previous purchase on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.

4. Premium Features

Premium unlocks all 128 voices and the drum kits, unlimited style imports, recording, the advanced effects, and removes advertising.

We may add features to Premium over time. We will not move an existing Premium feature behind a further payment.

5. Free Version

The free version is a complete instrument: the full keyboard, the arranger, styles, effects and the mixer all work.

It is limited to a selection of voices and a small number of style imports, and it shows advertising. A rewarded ad can grant extra import slots or a recording credit.

6. User Conduct

You are responsible for the files you bring into the app.

Only import style files, MIDI files and other content you own or are licensed to use. Style files circulating online are frequently copies of content owned by instrument manufacturers or by the people who made them. Importing such a file into your own copy of the app for personal use is your decision and your responsibility; we neither supply nor endorse it.

Do not use the app to infringe anyone's rights, and do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app itself.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, its interface, its sounds and its code belong to the developer and are protected by copyright.

What you play belongs to you. Recordings you make with Hi Organ are yours to use, publish and sell, with no obligation to us — subject to the rights in any style or MIDI file you imported to make them.

The bundled sound set is used under the licence granted by its author; see the credits in the app.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or every style file.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app — including lost recordings or lost data.

Back up anything you would be upset to lose. Recordings live on your device and go with it.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

We may discontinue the app or any feature of it. A one-time purchase already made remains valid for the version you own; we cannot guarantee a discontinued app will keep working on future versions of iOS.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Nothing here removes a consumer right you have under the law of the country you live in.

13. Apple

Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it.

Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.

If the app fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple, who may refund the purchase price. Beyond that, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
